Life is a journey filled with unexpected twists. Recently, I found myself at a crossroads, having to decide my next steps. After much thought, I've made a choice: I will complete the last two classes needed to test for my real estate license.
Yes, to the critics out there, I'm still pursuing my nursing degree. Healthcare has always been close to my heart. Although I’m uncertain about returning to bedside care, my dream is to teach nursing one day or even open my own nursing school. Who knows what the future holds?
The Real Estate Adventure
Entering the real estate world is like starting a thrilling new chapter. Helping people find their dream homes and guiding them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives excites me. Real estate is not just about numbers and contracts; it’s about forming relationships and truly understanding what clients need.
As I begin this journey, I realize the importance of adaptability. The real estate market evolves constantly. It’s crucial to be able to change strategies quickly. I am excited to learn about different aspects of the industry, including market analysis and negotiation tactics. Balancing Nursing and Real Estate

The Sourdough Starter Journey
On a personal note, I’ve embarked on a different adventure by starting my own sourdough starter. This journey has been both challenging and rewarding. Nurturing a living culture and watching it grow serves as a beautiful metaphor for life.
One day, a friend suggested I could start a micro bakery from home. This idea ignited my imagination. I started to think that maybe I can blend my love for baking with my other passions. Who knows? I might become a real estate agent, bread-maker, and digital marketing enthusiast, all while running a micro bakery on the side!

In 2026, I will finally take my last prerequisite courses needed for both nursing and real estate. This milestone is pivotal for my future, and I’m eager about the possibilities it brings. I am committed to embracing this journey, no matter where it leads me.
